Did you get a custom case with us but then get a new phone? Maybe you just want to replace your current one with a fresh new case? No worries you can get your same design here!

Once you place the order we will find your most recent order and recreate the phone case. We cannot make any changes to the design.

How Long Do Custom Cases Take To Arrive?

Custom Orders
When you place your order, your photo gets sent to our design team who have to design a digital version from scratch, they will aim to it complete it & send you preview within 1 week. If you select 'Expedited' you will have your design within 4 days.

After we send you a preview, you have 2 days to confirm or request changes to your design before we process it.

Then from the date of processing it will take approximately 1.5 weeks to be custom printed & then delivered depending on your location.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom cases as they're unique to you, unless they arrive damaged.

What Photos Work Best?

The best designs come out if you take photos in good lighting, from a low angle.

How Does it Work?

Ultra Impact Cases

-Sublimated Print Design
-Polycarbonate Shell for advanced protection
-Polyurethane Liner

Sublimation Printing seals the design into the case, making the design become part of the case rather than externally printed on.
Sublimation designs retain clarity and will not peel but are not possible on clear cases.

Slim Style Cases

-Clear Background
-UV Printed Design
-Thermoplastic Polyurethane Bumper for flexibility
-Polycarbonate Back Structure for durability

UV Printing uses ultraviolet light to seal in the ink from our printed, digital design onto your case.
UV Printing makes it possible to create a 3D print onto a clear case but they can be scratched off with excess force.
